  • Developed a secure, scalable web portal using Spring Framework, JSP, and JavaScript to display periodic financial metrics from a BI tool, serving more than 1000 business users and the Office of the CFO.
  • Designed and developed a MERN stack application integrated with Generative AI REST APIs to provide intelligent and concise reporting from complex datasets.
  • Developed an NLP solution to summarize and categorize 6000+ support cases per quarter, reducing processing time from days to under 5 minutes.
  • Developed Python Flask prototypes using LangChain and Azure Chat OpenAI to create Generative AI Agents.
